In order to be sure that our customers receive the best service possible IWS is proud to be offer our customers remote monitoring capabilities. Through our customer dashboard our clients can view current system status and alarms. IWS also has the capability to remotely troubleshoot any system issues.

Industrial Water Services Text/SMS Alerts Notification
By signing up for this you will receive emergency alerts from IWS equipment as pertinent to your systems from Industrial Water Services (IWS). This will include information about critical system events/failures to IWS equipment that will potentially cause issues in your service. To opt in, I need your consent. Here are some important details:
1. Message Frequency: You can receive anywhere from 0 to 10 messages per day depending on the system performance.
2. Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
3. Opting out: You can opt out by replying “Stop” to the Toll-Free Number or notifying IWS in writing to admin@iwsep.com.
4. Privacy: Your number will be kept confidential and will only be used for IWS notifications.
